Terms of Service

By signing up for Piknikyou agree to these terms. The short version: text us photos you have the right to print, and we'll print and ship them at the prices we confirm with you by text.

Orders and billing

Saving a card at signup never charges you. Each order is charged to your saved card only after we confirm the exact total with you by text and you reply yes. Prices are shown per print, plus flat-rate shipping where it applies.

Your photos

You keep all rights to your photos. You give us permission to store and reproduce them only as needed to print your orders. Don't send photos you don't have the right to print, or anything unlawful.

Messaging

Piknik is an SMS/MMS service — message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Text STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help.

Guarantee

If a print arrives damaged or isn't what you confirmed, text us and we'll reprint it or refund you. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
