Piknik exists to do one thing: print the photos you text us and ship them to you. We collect only what that requires.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, optional email, shipping address, the photos and messages you text us, and a payment method stored securely with Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To print and ship your orders, charge the card you saved (only after you confirm an order by text), and reply to your messages. We do not sell your data or your photos, and we don't use your photos for anything except printing your order.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make Piknik work: Stripe (payments), Telnyx (text messaging), our print and shipping partners (your photos and address), and our hosting providers. Each receives only what it needs.

Your choices

Text us STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. To delete your account, photos, or data, just text us and ask — a human will take care of it.
